2. Get a credit score
The Company can, upon your request, allow you to apply for a credit score through our website. These services require the transfer of your personal data to Neener Analytics, Inc or TransUnion Credit Reference Services or other consumer rating agencies to generate a credit score for you. In this case, your personal data will be used, processed and stored in accordance with the privacy policy of the relevant consumer rating agency. The relevant consumer rating agencies will share their credit reports about you with the Company so that we can provide services to you.
3. Disclosure of Personal Data
We will keep your personal data confidential and will not disclose or transfer such personal data to any third party, except as provided in Section 2 above and in the following circumstances:
We may disclose your personal data when we are required by law to do so;
We may disclose your personal data to our employees for processing;
We may disclose your personal information to third-party service providers who provide administrative, back-office, online payment platform, marketing and other support services or other professional services;
